We have a 7 day return policy, please send us an email at care@ttbazaar.com within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order.
Make sure you have mentioned your order ID details along with the product image and the reason for returning your product.
Customer support will validate the return query and contact you.
Please ensure that the returned item is unused, undamaged, unwashed, undamaged and in salable condition as a new product. Include all price tag labels, original packing and invoices with the product.
Any point missing from above can lead to your return request being denied.
Before processing any request for exchange/replacement, a quality check will be conducted to validate the complaint.
Please ensure that all returned items are safely and securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
In case of perishable goods or custom-made non-perishable items, neither www.ttbazaar.com nor our competent partners will be able to accept any return or replacement of such items.
We are unable to accept return from countries other than India.
How do you return on TT Bazzar
Once you have placed a return request, please ensure that the product is unused and in original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoices with the product.
Customer will arrange reverse shipment. The customer can send it back to the seller by any reputed courier.
All price tags, labels, origins with the product Include packing and invoice. Pack the item securely to ensure against damage in transit. Mention the Order ID / Return ID on the package so that we can accept your return. Please also share shipping details at care@ttbazaar.com, so that we can track reverse shipment.
Please mention the seller's address specified in the email notification sent to you.
Also note down the Courier Tracking ID for future reference.
Once the return is accepted by the seller and the product is received in intact condition by the seller, the coupon code will be triggered.
Please note that cash on delivery convenience fee and shipping charges will not be included in the coupon code value of the order as these are non-refundable.
Item damage in shipping
TTBazaar.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged or in shipping. If your item is lost or damaged, please catch the item with the original packaging, and call us immediately or mail us at care@ttbazaar.com within 12 hours of delivery. We will contact the courier company on your behalf and follow up for filing the claim. Once the courier company has cleared the claim on www.ttbazaar.com and made the payment, we will remit the applicable amount to you.
Cancellation:
It will take a maximum of 2-3 business days for us to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be informed about the same. The order can be cancelled without penalty, excluding 3% of the transaction fee in case of prepaid orders. After placing an order, the customer can cancel the order only if the order status is showing as "Order Placed" under Order History. To cancel your order, you will need to contact our customer support team by sending an email giving your order number or you can cancel your order through your account. If we receive a cancellation e-mail and by that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be cancelled. www.ttbazaar.com reserves the right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Our team is working to process and deliver the product within the given time period. However, in very rare cases TTBazaar reserves the right to reject or cancel any order placed. Cancellation of orders by TTBazaar depends on various factors like product availability, overseas delivery issues, government approvals etc. Further, the Customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.ttbazaar.com and agrees to accept the decision of TTBazaar with respect to cancellation. TTBazaar reserves the right to reject or cancel any order placed. This will happen regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. 100% payment will be refunded and the user will be informed.
Any additional cost incurred by TTBazaar for re-delivery if any mistake by the user results in non-delivery or late delivery (ie wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient is not available or any other related reason) will be claimed by the user. .
TT Bazaar Refund Policy:
If the item shipped for replacement is not available, we will try to give you the best possible option, but in the end, the customer's choice will be final.
100% refund will be given, if the product is not available or the seller is not able to ship the products, for courier products, 100% refund will be given only if the delivery address is outside the service area.
In case of ordering multiple products, if for any reason, TTbazaar.com is unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer will be allowed to select an alternate product by placing a fresh order. However, if the Customer does not wish to opt for any alternative product/s, TTbazaar.com will agree to provide Store Credit to be used for future purchases or refund the amount for that particular product.
